Wine bar and brasserie The Crow's Nest, part of Lapwing (Trading) Ltd, opened in March 2009 and quickly made its mark on St Peter Port with quality food, a varied wine list, and great atmosphere, in relaxed and tasteful surroundings. 

We were invited to pitch for the branding, and were delighted to be picked as the agency responsible for all advertising and design from launch to the present day. The Ship & Crown pub's icon was used for continuity with the Crow's Nest's nautical theme, and the logo adapted to reflect the Crow's Nest's contemporary feel.

Located in the peace and quiet of The Mallard Complex in Forest, Karma Beauty has just celebrated a highly successful first year in business. Owner/manager Fallon Curtiss set out to create a salon with a calm feel and a welcoming atmosphere, giving treatments using top quality products.

Having known Fallon for several years, we were very happy to design her logo and create her brochure, loyalty cards, gift vouchers, external and internal signage and wall art, plus designing and project managing both the salon website and the brand-new e-commerce store.

Since returning to manage this long established country pub (with resident witch), Issy and Anthony have added four en-suite guestrooms, a residents' only lounge and entrance, and home cooked food, using local produce, to the menu.

We had worked previously with Issy and Anthony at The Longfrie, and were very pleased to assist them with reworking the logo and creating their brochure and website, using imagery that reflects the design used in the refurbishment.

The main focus of our work for Sandpiper is for the HR department, which ranges from recruitment advertisements for Sandpiper itself – and for the franchises – to staff handbooks and appraisal forms etc. We have also assisted with the opening of some of the Guernsey franchises where necessary, and this has included the production of in-store décor and printed material.

We have worked with Sovereign Trust since the office opened in May 2010, and have designed ranges of pension documentation, in addition to looking after local advertising and printing requirements.

We were introduced to Lancaster Trustees in 2008, once the logo and 'look' had already been put in place. Since that time we have looked after the firm's design and print needs, which include setting up brand guidelines, revising the brochure, digital marketing, advertising, and work on the website.
